Ginger Mincemeat Bars

Ingredients

1 package gingerbread mix
1 cup prepared mincemeat
1/4 cup water
1 can lemon frosting
sliced gumdrops

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 

Combine dry gingerbread mix, prepared mincemeat and water; beat smooth.

Spread in greased 13x9x2 baking pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

When cooled, spread with lemon frosting and cut into bars. Decorate with sliced gumdrops.

Yield: 24 bars
