Santa's Favorite Recipes: Champagne Punch
Ingredients
4 (6
oz.) cans frozen lemonade concentrate, plus 4 cans water
48 oz. pineapple juice
2 quarts ginger ale
1 quart sparkling water
1 quart dry champagne
block of ice
fresh strawberries, not over-ripe, washed, but not stemmed

Mix all liquid ingredients; pour over block of ice in large decorative bowl or punch bowl. Float strawberries.
